Picture In Header Fragments (Word 2000)

The attached word document has a picture in its header.
The picture included is not the final one but is being used to let you see the problem.
The picture comes up fine but when move around in the document the picture becomes distorted and fragmented.
Can anyone give advice on how to make the picture stay stable when displayed.
    Regards,

The picture looks fine to me, and behaves properly when I add text and move around the document. Maybe you have a problem with your Graphics driver? Can you check the vendor website for your graphics card to see if an update is available.

I am using Word 2002, not Word 2000. I added 145 pages of random text, then moved quickly through the document, editing, inserting and deleting bits and pieces, but I couldn't reproduce your problem. The picture remained stable, it looked the same on every page whatever I did...

Thanks all for checking on this matter.

I still have the problem and so does all the PC's in my work area.. I just opened the attachment and the picture gets fragmented.
So it appears that I may have some type of hardware set up issue.
