    VB Error 2803 (Access 2003)

I seem to have an Access ActiveX problem, since I loaded Access 2003. It seems to show up in odd places but the most consistent is loading a form which has a macro to Set Value "[Forms]![Promotions]![Item Subform].[Form].[Visible], No". This gives me the VB Error 2803, which I can't track down an explanation for. The reason given is " You don't have a licence to use this ActiveX control." I am not sure if this is the cause of my problems or if there is something more fundamental going on. If someone can give me some clues as to where to head next I would be most appreciative.
    Thanks

    John

    Thanks Hans
All my research was with ActiveX, a Microsoft throw you off the trail error message.
    BTW, what is "sandbox mode'
