I was going to write some code using the Redemption library to do this, but I never got around to it. The idea was to extract spam that had been attached to a SpamAssassin "report" message and save it out separately to disk in another, non-MSG format for some reason (perhaps for confirmatory training to improve the Bayes detection?). At the time, I thought it would be feasible with Redemption, and not feasible with the Outlook object model, but it has been a long time since I last checked.
