    <hr>WavePad is a sound-editing program for Windows. This software lets you make and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy, and paste parts of recordings and, if required, add effects such as echo, amplification, and noise reduction.<hr>

    Good find. I checked out their website and found another freeware application that suits a particular need that I have: a tone generator for testing audio systems.
