How to control toolbars at startup (Excel 2002 SP3)

I have a problem with Excel. Whenever I open a new file, the Reviewers toolbar pops up on the screen. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

    Thanks,
    Ben

You can disable it permanently using this method:

Open the Visual Basic editor (alt-F11)
    Open the immediate window (Control-g)
    Type this:
    Application.Commandbars("Reviewing").Enabled=False
    Hit enter

To get the toolbar back, repeat the above with True as the final argument (Application.Commandbars("Reviewing").Enabled=True ).
