    Faxing a Form in Access (Win95, A2K) (Win95, A2K)

    Greetings.

I need to figure out how to fax an Access form document using the fax number located in one of the fields, which is on the form. The fax application that came with my modem is called SuperFax. I am able to use that program from within the form; however, I've been unable to figure out how to send the corresponding fax number to the SuperFax program. Do I have to use Microsoft Fax instead? Or should I be able to use the SendObject command in the event procedure? I've tested that and so far haven't been able to get it work. I won't be needing to loop because I only have to fax one document at a time.

    Thanks in advance,

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

MSKB article HOW TO: Fax from Microsoft Access Using SendObject Command in Access 2000 gives an example of using Visual Basic to fax a report through Microsoft Fax. It can easily be adapted to fax a form instead, but I am not familiar with SuperFax, so I don't know if the code will work "as is" for SuperFax.
