    Using BuildCriteria (Access 2003)

I tried using some code with the BuildCriteria in it. I understand the syntax is BuildCriteria(Field, Field Type, Expression). What I can't figure out is what do I use as the Field Type if it is an number, I see in the example it uses dbText or dbDate.
    Thanks.

    Re: Using BuildCriteria (Access 2003)

Activate the Object Browser in the Visual Basic Editor (press F2).
Type dbText into the search box and press Enter.
You will see a complete list of the symbolic constants for the available data types.
For numeric fields, they are dbByte, dbInteger, dbLong (for Long Integer), dbSingle (for Single Precision), dbDouble (for Double Precision) and dbCurrency.
You can see the field type in the design of the table.
