    Access Permission (Windows XP Professional)

I have used the Network setup wizard to setup my home peer to peer network. On one computer when I go to My Network Places and click on View Network Computers I get an error message, "You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administer. The network path was not found."
How do I find out or grant access permissions? I would like to have all computers on the workgroup to access each other.

Yes, that's all pretty basic stuff. I have 2 desktops and 2 laptops on my peer to peer network and they can all see each other. But a new laptop I just purchase cannot see any computer on the network. (All are running Windows XP Professional.) I get the access error message. I have run the network wizzard twice on this machine, and still no luck. My other computer see the new laptop, but if I click on that icon, I get the message "[new laptop] is not accessable, you might not have permission to use this resouce."

what's different about the new laptop? Did you set up accounts, shares, & permissions the same as other machines?
