    Checkbox as Selection Criteria (2000)

    Hello All,

I have form2 that uses various criteria located on form1 to select records. I would like to add a yes/no field as one of the selection criteria. I tried adding a checkbox to form 1 and adding to the record source of form2 that fieldA (the yes/no field) should meet the criteria of [form1]![chk1], but I get this error:

This expression is typed incorrectly, or is too complex to be evaluated. For example, a numeric expression may contain too many complicated elements. Try simplifing the expression by assigning parts of the expression to variables.

I then tried using a textbox on form1 instead with values such as yes, true, -1, but get the same message. What is the correct way to accomplish this?

    so in your case

Note that this will only work if Form1 is open.
