    Outlook 98 on Windows 2000

I am running Outlook 98 on a Win 2000. Does anyone have any idea why Outlook 98 willl not let me Access my attachments? The only option I have when I right click is "COPY". I looked to see if the Sp 2 for win 2000 had been installed but can't seem to find it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    TIA
    SQ

are you getting any error messages why you try to open them from outlook?

No... No errors. I did notice one thing though which may or may not be relevant. There is a header at the top of the email that reads "Please treat this as private". Could that be the culprit?

it could be, although i wasn't aware that was one the effects of private. i know you can't edit messages marked private, so it would be logical not to be able to save or delete the attachment.
