    You'll need to unlock protection on columns A and D, and protect the worksheet; for a more complicated tabbing structure you may need to use a Worksheet_SelectionChange Event code, like the examples in <!post=this thread,383998>this thread<!/post>.

    This is a start but not what I need. I need to tab between A1 and A3 on down the line. Data is entered into B2 automatic from formula.

    Does this code (adapted from Legare's <post#=384009>post 384009</post#> in the thread referenced to you previously?
    <pre>Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Not Intersect(Target, Range("B:B")) Is Nothing Then
    Application.EnableEvents = False
    Range("C" & Target.Row).Select
    Application.EnableEvents = True
    End If
    End Sub</pre>

    The directions for implementing it are also in that thread
