    Cant see meetings until delegate opens them (Outlook XP)

    Hi
    The problem:
    Meetings don't appear in a manager's calendar until her delegate (her secretary), opens them. If her secretary is not in she has no idea who has invited her to meetings. She wants to be able to see the meeting requests immediately and then decide whether or not to accept.

    (Please note that the meeting requests are sent to the secretary for the manager and not to the manager directly.)

    How do we solve this problem?

    From the manager's Outlook, go to the Tools menu, select Options, then go to the Delegates tab. If the box next to "Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me" is checked, then uncheck it. That's the only thing that I can of at the moment.
