    OUTLOOK CALENDAR (2000 /SR-1)

Is there a way to keep calendar appointments from disappearing after 9 months? In other words, I list my various jobs and when I went back to last October - it was blank.

    Thanks.

Check your AutoArchive settings - right-click Calendar, select Properties and activate the AutoArchive tab.

You're welcome. No need to apologize! Basic questions are as welcome as advanced ones.

PS, you should be able to restore the 'lost items' from the Archive if you wish to. Just open the Archive using File | Open | Outlook Data Files, and then drag-&-drop the Calendar items from the Archive Calendar Folder to the Active Calendar Folder.
