    Constanly Changing Schedules?

We're thinking that Project can help our team plan our projects and document where actual work went. Our problem: changing tasks and priorities. How well will Project help us under these conditions? Does anyone have similar experience or can recommend an excellent book? We are concerned about the time and accuracy of information going into Project compared with the information we get out of it. We're not sure the effectiveness of a baseline that would be changing. How do we track without a baseline? Thanks in advance for any ideas or information!

QUE books has a Special Edition on Using Project 2000 by Tim Pyron which has been very helpful to me.
