Permanent change to colour palette (Powerpoint 2003)
We would like the three corporate colours put onto everyones default palette so that they are available to all users on the network.
what is the best way to do this? Can we stop users using other colours? (ie a palette of only 3 colours)?
We already have a default master template that most people use (for external presentations) but would like to make the colours more available for other uses
Is there a sinlge default palette for all office, that way we could make the colours available to all excel, Word etc?

Re: Permanent change to colour palette (Powerpoint 2003)
Create a presentation set up the way you want (colours, company logo, etc.).
Save it as a template named blank.pot.
Install blank.pot in each user's templates folder.
It will be used for 'blank' new presentations.
I don't know if it is possible to stop users using other colours, I doubt it.
There definitely is no common format, layout or palette for all Office applications.
