    Need larger fonts in Lounge (Firefox 0.9.2)

    This specifically happens in the Lounge & I've narrowed it down. In IE, the fonts & row widths (listings of posts) are larger than in Firefox. I now know why. In IE, I go to Tools/Internet Options/General tab/Accessibility/ & check Ignore font sizes specified on pages. Is there such a setting in Firefox?
    Thanks,

    <P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by jscher2000 on 02-Aug-04 12:21. )</P>Have you tried this:

    Tools>Options...>General panel>Fonts & Colors...> (bottom of dialog) Always use my [X] Fonts

    On second thought: Maybe all you need to do is set the "Minimum font size" to a suitable value (higher up in the dialog) without overriding all of the page's settings?

    Hi Jefferson:
    I swear I played around with all those settings many times before to no avail. I just tried it (minimum font setting = 18) & it seems to work. I just cleaned my registry to, so maybe that had something to do with it. Hope it keeps working. <img src=/S/crossfingers.gif border=0 alt=crossfingers width=17 height=16> <img src=/S/thankyou.gif border=0 alt=thankyou width=40 height=15>

    You can set your prefs.js (or your user.js) to include the following:

    user_pref("font.maximum-size.x-western", X);
    user_pref("font.minimum-size.x-western", X);

    Hopefully, this can work for you too!

    I assume that <big><font color=red><code>X</code></font color=red></big> is a number that I can experiment with, right? Right now I have minimum at 18 & fixed at 12. Currently, it's working, so I'm reluctant to play with it, but I'll store that away for next time.
    Thanks,
