    Sorting multiple columns (Excel 2000)

How can I sort multiple columns at one time in descending order? See attached. Row 1 contains offices. Column A represents products. I'd like to sort all offices based on their sales in descending order.

I don't understand what you want. If you sort one column in descending order, the relation between product and sales is lost. If you mean that you want to order the first row, do you want to sort it by TOTAL sales, or ...?
