    Print Defaults (2000)

    Is there a way to change the print default from Active Sheet to Entire Workbook? Thanks.

    Not really, but you could create a macro in your Personal.xls:

    Public Sub PrintWorkbook()
    ActiveWorkbook.PrintOut
    End Sub

    If you'd rather display the print dialog, use this:

    Sub PrintWorkbook()
    SendKeys "%w"
    Application.Dialogs(xlDialogPrint).Show
    End Sub

    Replace w by the accellerator key for the Entire Workbook option.

    You can assign this macro to a custom toolbar button and/or menu item, and if you wish, you can remove the standard Print toolbar button and menu item.
