Outlook sending messages twice (Outlook 2002 SP3)

Messages sent from this Outlook account are sent twice - once normally, once "On behalf of". I can't find any reason for the account to suddenly start doing this. Can anyone help?

What is set under Tools | Options | Delegates, or in the same settings for anyone who may have you set as a Delegate? Have you added yourself as a Delegate in error? If you right-click the Sent Folder and select Properties | Permissions tab, you should show only once, as Owner.

When I click on properties, I don't get a permissions tab.

Are you on a server? Do you have a Permissions tab if you check Properties under the "Outlook Today" parent folder?

The Outlook Bar has been modified to show only this person's shortcuts - I don't know how to get back the Outlook Today icon.

I found Outlook Today in Tools/Other/Advanced Options. The only property tabs are General and Home Page. Although the Outlook Help references Tools/Options/Delegates, the tab doesn't exist. This is a single email client, not on a server. Mail comes through Communigate via IMAP to Outlook.

In Folder view, you can click on the parent of all Folders and get Outlook Today. However, since the machine isn't on a server, i have been barking up the wrong tree, you are not going to find the Permissions tab anyplace on a standalone machine.

Back to the original problem, I can't think of why on a standalone machine you would suddenly be getting "Sent on behalf of" duplicates. Is there more than one e-mail account set up on the machine? Are there Rules on the machine that handle Sent Messages? Are there mutlipe profiles on the machine?

Perhaps another Lounger has an idea?
