IE & msiexec problem [solved] (Outlook 2002 sp3)

(Edited by Leguar on 21-Aug-04 13:14. solved problems)
Hi,
The hereunder problems have disappeared after having replaced the firewall Kerio (v.4) by Sygate (5.5).
When I click on the hyperlinks in the e-mails managed by Outlook 2002 (Office XP), it does not open an Internet Explorer window but, instead, a window "Find the Web browser" which asks me to find an exe file.
I don't encounter this problem if IE has been already opened.
I don't encounter it, also, with the hyperlinks in Word 2002 and those in the e-mails managed by Outlook Express.
Moreover, if I click on "detect & repair" in the Outlook 2002 menu, I get the message "impossible to start msiexec". I don't have this problem with Word 2002.
Outlook appears as the default e-mails manager in the properties of IE.
I have WinXPsp1, IE6 and Office XP, all regularly updated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
