    VBA UserForms (Office 2K+)

Microsoft's KB204330 shows how to programmatically create UserForms in VBA. When creating controls it uses code like .Designer.Controls.Add("Forms.CheckBox.1"). Does anyone have a list of controls and the corresponding Forms.... designator (I think this is called the ProgID)? Also is there an MSDN entry for the Add method of Designer.Controls? TIA --Sam

I don't know if all of these work, but it seems to cover the gamut: OLE Programmatic Identifiers (MSDN Library > Microsoft Office)
