The famous 2.67' Bottom Margin (Word 2000/2003)

I know this was an "issue" in Word 2000, and it has appeared now in Word 2003. Quite on it's own, Word will decide to change the bottom margin to 2.67" and then proceed to print documents with the last section of the page blank. The only know work around that I am aware of is to close Word, restart Word and hope for the best. Does anyone have any experience and or any solutions to this pesky issue?

Are you using an HP LaserJet? If so, see if there is an updated printer driver at hp LaserJet beta software - look for 'Word margins fix' and your Windows version.

Great suggestion, alas there are no new drivers for the Printers our firm is using. Our printers are all 4050-4200 servies printers.

We use the PostScript printer drivers with our HP lasers. You lose some bells and whistles, but avoid so many odd problems... maybe that will help you.

Have you tried making sure Track Changes is turned off? We encountered this awhile back and the culprit was Track Changes leaving room to print notes.
