    Print Error (2000 SP3)

We updated our systems from Win2000 to XP and now a lot of my publisher files give me a "PCL XL error; Warning: IllegalMediasource" error that prints out on a separate sheet from the actual document. The document does eventually print, but is there a way to fix this so paper is not wasted and it is annoying. Thanks!

<P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by tony55 on 10-Aug-04 19:31. )</P>When you select File>Print, choose the Printer properties and check what paper tray is selected. It may be set to a tray that is not installed on your printer. Either set it to a paper tray that is installed or to the automatic option. Also make sure the paper size listed in the printer driver corresponds with the paper size in the printer.
