    Sharing my Calendar

I want to share my calendar with my secretary. When ready the help topics, it says to right click on the folder (calendar) in the folder list, then properties. Click Permissions Tab. I do not have that tab. I have General, Home Page, autoarchive, Administration and forms. I am using Exchange server 5. Am I missing something? Thanks

The tabs you describe are ones created in a folder inside a personal folder (.pst) the permission tab is present only on the default folders of the exchange mailbox.

    Re: Sharing my Calendar

    Hi,

I went through this about 18 months ago and have emails documenting it somewhere. I will try to find them and get back to you but it will be next week sometime. If you don't hear back from me, please send me an email or a private message. <img src=/S/snail.gif border=0 alt=snail width=21 height=17>

What does that mean? How should I guide the IT personnel to correct this?
    Thanks

right click on your outlook today icon or folder. choose properties from the menu then the advanced button. does the next screen show you your exchange mailbox and server name or a filepath to a *.pst?

if it's a pst, you or your IT dept needs to change delivery to the exchange server mailbox.
