changing margins (Excel 2000)

I need all margins of every new spreadsheet to always be .5. I don't ever want to change the margins. How can I lock this in. If this was Word I would just go into the normal template. What do I do in Excel?

Create a workbook with one worksheet and set the margins the way you want. Also adjust other settings, if you like (page header and footer, etc.)

Save this workbook as an Excel template named Book.xlt in your XLSTART folder. Also save it as an Excel template named Sheet.xlt in the same XLSTART folder. These names are required - it won't work if you give them different names.

The exact location of XLSTART depends on your Windows version. It may be inside a hidden folder, so you must show hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer in order to find it.
