Shade sections of Visio Triangle? (2003)

    Hello,

The attached screenshot shows a tiered-level triangle I'm trying to draw.
I want to shade each of those sections a different colour.

What's the best way to do this?

    Thanks,

    BD.

Create three different triangles, with their tips at the same place. Smallest on top, largest at the back. Colour each triangle a different colour.

I would do this a different way as it is hard to make all three triangles line up exactly and you can't separate the parts for added effects or builds.

I would create the large triangle and then overlay it with a rectangle that defines the top and bottom edges of the middle section. Then select both shapes and choose Shape > Operations > Fragment and delete the extra two shapes on both ends of what was the rectangle.
