edit a post containing a quote

When I edit a post containing a quote, I get the following
    <blockquote><hr>This is a quote<hr></blockquote>
If I forget to edit the quotes i get this strange result.
Is this a bug or do I have to edit the quote tags again?

Re: edit a post containing a quote

This is a bug in the Lounge software. The <!t>[hide]<!/t> ... <!t>[/hide]<!/t> pair is another example, and the new <!t>
    Code:
    <!/t> ... <!t>
<!/t> pair acts a bit strange too. Redoing the tags when you edit a post is the only workaround at the moment.

Hey! Don't be assigning smilies without my permission. And if you do, get it right! <img src=/S/scold.gif border=0 alt=scold width=50 height=15> After all, [Leif] doesn't have his own smilie either, so why should I?

    This <img src=/S/artist.gif border=0 alt=artist width=34 height=29> could be Leif and how about this <img src=/S/pun.gif border=0 alt=pun width=22 height=18> for Charlotte? <img src=/S/duck.gif border=0 alt=duck width=23 height=23>

What would you propose for Leif, John, a hairball?? <img src=/S/yikes.gif border=0 alt=yikes width=15 height=15> Or maybe a homonymic Leaf?

Not homonymic- that's not how he pronounces it.

I imagine you're right, Geoff. On this side of the pond we tend to pronounce it "Leef", although that isn't the correct pronounciation. I forgot that all Loungers don't speak with the same accents common to the USA.

Re: edit a post containing a quote

    Thanks Francois,

Both the quote and hide tags are now fixed. However, old hide tags will not edit properly due to code change. But new posts from now on will edit properly.
    Cheers, Claude.
