Lately, whenever I send an e-mail, Outlook attaches an empty .jpg file. I've never even sent an attachment from this computer. How can I get it to stop attaching this thing to every message?

It's possible to attach a file as part of a signature. Not sure why there would be a blank one, though... Done a thorough virus scan recently?
Yes, I scan completly once a week at least.
I just tried sending a couple of test messages. If I send it to my Hotmail address, it shows an attachment (which seems to be an empty file). If I send a message to another address I have, it does not show an attachment. I also searched for the file name, and "wiped" all the files which seemed to match. It still sends this phantom attachment if I send to a Hotmail address. I'm not sure about other addresses, although no one has complained to me that I sent them an empty attachment (except one who had a Hotmail address).
One other thought: is it an HTML-format message with some kind of stationery (e.g., background image or Logo graphic)?
Hmm...yes, actually, it is on a stationery.
