Hi there
A user has 'lost' the horizonal and vertical scroll bars.
Have had a look under Tools > Options > View and the two options are selected there.
Tried to de-select and then re-select without success.
Any ideas??

Could the scroll bars be off the visible area? The user can verify this by selecting Window | Arrange..., Horizontal option.

Is the window not maximaized and just "resized poorly" to put them off the visible screen?
Does it help if you dbl-click the "bar containing the workbook name"?
