Hide graphics to allow text to be shown

    Hello,

Powerpoint has some snazzy animation options, but still doesn't support the concept of Layers.
The attached screen-shot shows a graphic and some text.

In the animation, I want the graphic to move around.
But when I email the show, I want the printout not to show the graphic.

Must I have 2 versions of the PPoint file (1 for screen, 1 for printing)?
Or is there a way to HIDE slide objects from the screen & they should ONLY appear as PART of an Animation Sequence?

    Help! TIA.

    BD.

If you're printing in Black and White, go to View/Black and White, then right-click the graphic and select Black and White Settings. Set the option there to "don't show." This only affects your B/W view; it doesn't change the actual slide in presentation mode. In other words, your graphic will show in the presentation, but it won't print in B/W.

I believe you'll need to change that setting in both B/W View and in Grayscale View.
