Query if appears more tha once (2003)

I would like to run a query to see if a person apears 4 times or more in a database. In the future if they must have completed certain modules (e.g. 2, 3, 7) but can have completed either 4 or 6 and can you help?

Check out the help section in Access for a "Find Duplicates" query wizard.

    Hi,
Set up a normal Select query, and add the table and fields to the design grid.
Add this filter (see below) to the criteria cell of the field that contains the duplicates you are searching for.
In (SELECT [Your_FieldName_Here] FROM [Your_TableName_Here] As Tmp GROUP BY [Your_FieldName_Here] HAVING Count(*)>3 )
    Regards,
    Rudi
