    Singing Sensation (Anagram)

Can you find the pop star in this anagram?

    Best in prayers (7,6)

    Good luck!
    Regards,
    Rudi

I wouldn't exactly use the word 'sensation' myself, but I would guess at one of the most mis-spelt search items of all time

You certainly made your point Leif....Good answer!
I didn't bother counting how many time you answered correctly, but I assume its in the region
    of about 27 to the power of 1000000000 times! <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15>
    PS:
Can I use the Pre tags to show exponents? I tried but the post losses the superscripting on the 1000000000's?
    Regards,
    Rudi

    Hi Rudi

I don't think the board supports sub/superscripting in any capacity. The pre tags are for plain text only AFAIK. You can get away with some superscripting with a "cheat" like:
    27

    Re: Singing Sensation (Anagram)

I switched to a really small screen resolution as I typed them... <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15> no, seriously, they're part of the standard ANSI character set, used by fonts like Courier New. They can be accessed from the "Character Map" utility charmap.exe, if you have it installed. If not, you can produce (only) these superscript characters by holding down the Alt key and typing the codes on the Number Pad:

    <table border=1><td>Alt + </td><td>Superscript</td><tr><td>0186</td><td>

    Re: Singing Sensation (Anagram)

    Thanx guys.
Lets hope we won't ever have the need for characters 4 - 9.
We might just need to use your small screen resolution theory Alan. <img src=/S/yep.gif border=0 alt=yep width=15 height=15> Better start testing and refining the method!!!
    Regards,
    Rudi

Actually, your post prompted me to post a link to the EZMath program (see <post#=404335>post 404335</post#>), which might be of some use in this capacity.
