Unable to access a page in publisher document

I'm helping out here at the church. They use Publisher to upload to their website. There is a page within a publisher98 file that when I try to edit it brings the message "not enough memory to load graphics or embedded objects." It always worked before. I have 128M of memory. Help! Thanks! J

Re: Unable to access a page in publisher document

J I have not tried creating a web page using Publisher so am hoping this suggestion will work. The guts of any web page is the html coding, so if you open the file using notepad you will see the code. Although this might be a bit bewildering, scroll thru it until you see mention of the graphics. Delete them save the file and try opening in Publisher. It sounds like there is a corruption somewhere and this may fix the problem. If you can open it in Publisher now then you should then be able to reinsert the graphics.

    Good luck <img src=/S/thinks.gif border=0 alt=thinks width=15 height=15>

Thanks, Mike. It runs out there was a copy of the complete page as it was originally set up in Word. So I deleted the page in Publisher and pasted a copy of the page from Word and that solved the problem. thanks again for taking the time to help. J
