    Office 2003 Upgr'd to SP1, now sigs don't work (Outlook 2003 sp1)

Yesterday I upgraded my system to WindowsXP SP2, and Office 2003 SP1, in that order, with sufficient time between to make sure the xp upgrade wasn't hosed. Now when I go into Outlook, when I create a new email, either the signature doesn't appear at all, or it appears as a big red X (as seen below). The signature was created in advance edit mode, using Frontpage 2000, and when I go in to advance edit, it appears to work fine, but in the email ...nada ...

    Thanks in advance for any help! <img src=/S/help.gif border=0 alt=help width=23 height=15>

Can you insert the signature manually?

Does any other HTML stationery have problems?

I just deleted my signature, and recreated it. I put the top two lines as a marquee, and the rest just plain text. The top two lines don't appear now when I create a new email. but the rest of it does. This is perplexing!

What I did next was go in and delete my signatures, and recreate them. With no fancy formatting they work fine. If I set a line up with a marquee or dhtml, that particular line does not show up. So, off hand I'd say there is an incompatibility issue with Office/Outlook 2003 SP1 and maybe Frontpage 2000, since that's where the advanced editing of the signatures occurs.

When I went to load a stationary, I got an error that the feature wasn't installed, and asked if I wanted to install it. I said yes and installed it, marquee still no work in email. Manually inserting signature doesn't seem to work.

    What do you think?

Maybe Microsoft read my other message where I said the MARQUEE tag was annoying. <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15> As I mentioned in that thread, perhaps there is some security angle here?

Ya, it can be annoying, but I was just getting the hang of how to use it with minimal annoyance. Then I got the bright idea to upgrade to sr1. Oh well, I do have bigger fish to fry than to worry about that. Thanks for all your input.
