Printing Filter Name on Worksheet (Excel2000)

Is there a way to print the name of a filter onto a worksheet? I have turned on autofilter, and would like to know which filter is on when I print out the worksheet.
    Thanks

Does this code at John Walkenbach's site, do what you need?

This is very helpful. How do I get the filter criteria labels to automatically update after the filter is applied? Thanks

I've not tried it, so I type under correction, but try pressing SHIFT + F9. This key combo forces a global recalculation which also recalculates Custom functions as you have probably now created based on the code! Hopefully this will refresh the the filter criteria.

You have to do it with code. Use the technique to add it to the calculation event. Add a subtotal function somewhere that refers to the filtered range (this will trigger a calculation upon filtering)
