No direct way one-step that I can think, of Dave, and you know Outlook. I'd guess that the fastest way would be to create a new Contacts Folder, select all the e-mail addresses to go into the D-List, add them to the new Contacts Folder, then create the D-List in the default Contacts Folder from the contacts in the new Contacts Folder.
