Report needs to go on a diet (2000)

    Hi,
Attached is a very slimmed down database that I've been working on.
What I'm interested in is RptStatistics. This report is based on a questionnaire that the user fills out. Currently it displays all responses to the question and gives a percentage replies. The problem is that it gives details of each reply, whereas I would like it to total all of the replies.
So for question 1, there are four replies possible. Instead of detailing each reply, I would like a total for each one.
Is this possible without having to produce lots of text boxes with calculations in?

I have modified the query of the report to add totals.
Is it that what you want ?

    Thats fine, just what I was after. I'll study what you've done so I have a clue next time! <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
