Convert attachment to text and insert into message (2002 AKA XP)

My e-mail gets pushed out to my cell phone, but my cell phone can't open attachments. Does anyone know of an add-in or macro that can check new messages in the Outlook inbox and convert any textual attachments (like plain text files, Word documents, web pages, PDFs) into plain text and paste that into a duplicate copy of the message? Actually, even if the code only did part of that, it probably would be useful. Thanks in advance for any links, pointers, ideas or crazy notions.

You're brave wanting to receive word documents in SMS - perhaps you should convert them to pictures and pxt them

Fortunately, it isn't SMS, it's my provider's rebranded version of Seven Personal Edition. It syncs my phone wirelessly with anything in my Inbox, so it's just a matter of getting what's in my Inbox into a more useful format.
