    Saving print settings (XP SP1)

I've got a document with complex print settings (landscape, duplex, flip short edge etc) which I print out every few months. The print settings always revert to default. How do I save the settings with the document?

Word only stores certain settings inside your document. See if <post#=397915>post 397915</post#> helps sort out the reason that they are not sticking.

Ah, I now see why the print properties aren't saved. Many thanks.

You may want to have a look on http://www.wordtoys.com . The Favorite Print Jobs utility in this Word add-in lets you save and re-use print settings.
