    It may be trying to send a read receipt (this can happen in rare cases even if you have disabled them, if you used VBA code or a button supplied by an add-in to move a message requesting a receipt out of the Inbox). The best approach is to change the outgoing (SMTP) server on all your accounts to match the one through which you now are manually redirecting your mail. Don't worry: Outlook doesn't care that they refer to different ISPs, and if you change the Name and Address information on that account to match, the ISPs won't care either.

    Thank you for that advise, I changed to the local ISP outgoing server then back to the correct one for that ISP and it fixed the probelm.
