Click the actual number instead of the dropdown and type a 7 and hit enter.

Thanks for your response. I know the way you suggest. What I am after is adding the 7 to the dropdown list so it's already there -just a click away. In other words, add 7 to the existing choices. Can do?

    Thanks,

Most anything can be done; it's how much effort goes into it. I know I couldn't get you the code for free...and that's NOT a solicitation for you to pay for it.

If I were you, I would just record a macro that changes the font to 7 point, and assign that macro to a toolbar button with a big 7 on it.
I assume you use that font size a lot.

    Thank you, Dreamboat.

I do have a button on the toolbar with desired font size.

Sorry there's no 'easy' solution to my quest.
