    Mirrioring Word Docs

    Hi all!

Here's a silly question: Is there anyway to flip a Word document so it's a mirror image (i.e. all the text reads backwards and flows right to left)? Thanks in advance.

Someone correct me if I am wrong. But I have never seen a way to do this. I'm sure it would be possible by scanning in the printed document and saving that as an image. Other than that, I'm afraid the answer is no. Sorry.

And to take a page from GirlFriday's book (hey, we have the same initials <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>):

For each page, you could take screen snapshots, paste them in Paint, flip them horizontally, and then paste the image back into a Word doc. The quality would probably be pretty poor and the filesize huge, though...

Are you wanting the letters to be backwards, too?

Or do you want the previous question to read like this...

    But, but, but....

If you flipped them horizontally, then you would be looking at the back of the page, and we only write on one side of the page........ <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15>

    A few ideas:
<UL><LI>If the text is not to long, you can put it into WordArt and stretch it backwards.
<LI>If you want a printed result, does your printer have an option to print T-shirt transfers?
    <LI>Search <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.pcfonts.com/>here</A> for a custom font[/list]

If you load HP laserjet 5M/Postscript (or any other Postscript printer driver), then in Printer Properties, you get an option to print as Mirror Image. You need a postscript compatible driver, though. And if you print to file and create a PDF out of the resultant postscript file, you have a mirror image PDF file of your Word file.
