    Application Error (Windows XP/SP2-Outlook 2003 SP1)

About one out of four times when I close Outlook I receive this message: "The instruction at "0x7c910e03" referenced memory at "0x00080000". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program."
The program closes after I click on either OK or Cancel. I'm curious about this and wonder if anyone has a suggestion. If it is something that needs to be fixed, I'd like to fix it.

Do you have any add-ins installed in Outlook? Possibly one of them is not shutting down properly, or is interfering with Outlook shutting down. Some external software also can get its hooks into Outlook at an inopportune moment. Maybe you can uncover a pattern...

The only Add-In I have installed is Backup. Thanks for responding; this isn't a serious problem...just one of those little irritants. I'll try to observe what else I have running. Oh, I do have spam software named Cloudmark. I have been using it for several years though.
