Send/Receive and Send Buttons MIssing (OUtlook 200

I have 8 PC's all running XP and Office 2000. On only 1 PC, the Send/Receive button (when viewing the Inbox) and the Send button (when Replying or Sending a new message) does not appear on the toolbar. These options do not appear under the Actions menu either. You can use F5 to Send/Receive emails. Attempted to add the buttons via the Customize option, but they are not there either. Anybody have a suggestion?
    Thanks!

It may be worth creating a new profile to see if it is endemic to the machine or the user
RIght-click the Outlook desktop icon, and choose properties then add profile

If that fails to cure it - it sounds like a more serious reload. One of the Outlook command-line switches may help (Search for switches in help)

Menu and toolbar "customizations" are stored in a file that does occasionally become corrupted named outcmd.dat. If you close Outlook, find that file (typically under the user profile path, then Application DataMicrosoftOutlook), and rename it with a .old extensions, Outlook should rebuild the menus and toolbars from factory default settings the next time you start it up. If you discover that you lost something precious, you can switch back using your .old file. Hope this helps.
