<img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>One of the promoted new features of Outlook Web Access (OWA) is the ability to create and access a public Contacts folder via the web. This is more than slightly cool! However, while I CAN send mail to individuals in my personal contacts folder. The "Send Mail to Contact" feature on the public folder is greyed out. My current work around is to copy the address from the appropriate field in the shared folder and paste it into a new message manually. This approach is not practical for my clients. Any ideas?
