Why would a PC, with Windows XP (Service Pack 2 removed), now not open URLs if you click on them? I've checked all kinds of settings I can get to, but just can't find the answer! Thanks for any help! Joan

I don't know if this is your exact situation, but I had the same problem when clicking on links in Outlook email. To cure the problem, start Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options > Programs. Then click on "Reset Web Settings". That worked for me - hope it helps you.
