My path, as set in the control panel is:

%SystemRoot%system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%Syst em32Wbem;D:Utility;D:Bat;D:Zip;D:BatZip

this makes my path under DOS as:

PATH=C:WINNTsystem32;C:WINNT;C:WINNTSystem32Wbem;D :Utility;D:Bat;D:Zip;D:BatZip

but, when I run a batch file, the path is only:

PATH=C:WINNT;D:UTILITY;D:BAT;D:BATZIP;D:ZIP

The path is not being set/changed by the batch file. Does anyone know why subdirectories are dropped from the path by Win 2000 when running a batch file?
