    Outlook 2000

How can I default my calendar to always show current month calendar when I open Outlook, rather than current day?

No - still want to open up to Inbox. But when I choose calendar from the Outlook bar I would like it to go to 30 day view rather than 1 day view.

    Click View/Current View/Day-Week-Month View.

Try this as well. When you click on the View menu, part way down, you should see these options -
    1 Day
    5 Work Week
    7 Week
    31 Month

    Click on the 31 month.

Outlook remembers the last View of your Calendar. Choose "Month" in View menu and it's done until you change the View again.
