Saving Tasks

I have a client who wants to save his tasks to a folder after they are complete. Is there a way to do this?

Also, I can't imagine this is possible, but with MS you never know - he would like to have folders set up by client or project. He wants all his mail to go to his Inbox but after he reads them, depending on sender, they would automatically go to a folder specific set up for that sender. I mentioned dragging to folder but he thought that was alot of work since he gets so many messages. He's the prez so I have to try and do things his way!!

for mail items, he can set up a rule to move them and run it manually daily or weekly.

you may want to look at <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.ornic.com>exlife</A>, it can move read messages and is a step or two easier to run in offline mode.

for actual task, he'll need to drag and drop.
