Using Images for a presetation (PowerPoint 2000)

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to zoom in on an image while giving the presentation using PowerPoint... or if there's a way to do that using the projector?

Thanks,
KC

You would have to fake it, especially using PPT 2000.

Basically, make another image of the zoomed in part, insert that image, and set its animation to "zoom" on mouseclick. Then when you click, that image will animate in.

You can also cover the existing image with a background-filled autoshape if you want. If you do that, have the autoshape dissolve in on mouseclick, and have the actual zoomed image then animate in automatically 00-seconds after previous.

I like the zoom animation idea, thanks. I guess no matter what, you need to plan exactly how you want ahead of time to show the images.

Thanks for the suggestions
